This presentation talked about CISCO video business agile transformation at the organization, execution and people level
The execution model was more waterfall based in past. Later it was changed to more scaled approach as following-
For the people practice the focus was to give preference to the people choice of roles
Towards the focus on maturity key practice focused were technical debt reduction, obstacle reduction and mechanism to address. Practice of following 1 technical debt reduction day was followed. Refer snapshots below
